White Rock Minerals Limited (ASX:WRM) has entered into a mandate arrangement with S3 Consortium Pty Ltd in connection with the provision of various promotional services by S3 Consortium to White Rock. Under that arrangement, S3 Consortium is entitled to receive part of its fees ($20,000) paid in shares at an issue price of 1.5 cents each. Accordingly, White Rock has today issued 1,333,333 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) to S3 Consortium Pty Ltd in consideration for part payment of these services.
White Rock hereby gives notice under section 708(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) to the ASX as follows:

The Shares were issued by White Rock without disclosure being given to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, White Rock has complied with:

the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to White Rock; and

section 674 of the Corporations Act, as it applies to White Rock.

As at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act in relation to White Rock.
