RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Troy Resources Limited (ASX: TRY) (Troy or the Company) advises that Mr David Southam has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective 31 December 2016.
Mr Southam has resigned to concentrate on his full time executive position and for personal reasons.
The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Southam for his valuable counsel and contribution and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
