focus on sustained project development and company growth. Through his 25 years
of diverse and valuable experience in mineral exploration, geological
research, and more specifically, the uranium sector, Dr. Gunning will
continue to guide an expanding exploration and development team equipped to
tackle all aspects of project development at Roughrider and exploration
success at Russell and other properties. An integrated plan is developed for

Nuclear Fuels, Exelon Generation Company, LLC, the
largest generator of nuclear power in North America. As the newly appointed
Chairman at Hathor, Mr. Malone will take an active role with respect to
corporate development. His knowledge of the global uranium supply-demand
balance, and sales contract platforms provided for open communication between
Hathor and various North American nuclear industry companies with respect to
the Roughrider project. That process will continue in 2011, and expand to
Asia. Mr. John Currie, outgoing Chairman, will remain on the Board of
Directors. His track record in corporate finance at Intrawest and Lululemon
will serve Hathor well.

President, Project Development. Mr. Fredericks will oversee economic scoping
and other aspects of overall project development at Roughrider. Mr.
Fredericks now represents Hathor as a new participant on the Saskatchewan
government-industry uranium royalty review committee. Mr. Fredericks brings

and experience necessary to successfully optimize full economic scoping of
the Roughrider project.

Vice President, Exploration. Dr. McCready has served the Company as Senior
Project Geologist and Exploration Manager, has overseen the Roughrider
