International KRL Announces Change of Directorship

Vancouver, BC -- November 23, 2009 -- International KRL Resources Corp. (TSX-V:IRK) (the "Company") announces the appointment of Ms. Shauna Hartman as a member of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Hartman is a solicitor practicing law with Armstrong Simpson, primarily in the area of securities law. She has over six years of public companies experiences and has acted as a director and officer of a number of publicly-traded resource companies. She is currently the Corporate Secretary of International Enexco Ltd., a Nevada copper gold company and Natcore Technology Inc., a solar technology company.
Ms. Hartman's appointment fills the vacancy left by Mr. Clifford Frame, who resigned from the Board of Directors effective November 18, 2009. The Board thanks Mr. Frame for his invaluable contributions and support to the Company over the years, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
