CURRIE ROSE RESOURCES INC.: DRILLING COMMENCES AT THE MABALE HILLS PROJECT, TANZANIA

Currie Rose Resources Inc. has commenced drilling at the Mwamazengo gold discovery on the Mabale Hills project in central Tanzania, which forms part of the Lake Victoria joint venture with Australian-listed Sub-Sahara Resources NL.

Groundwork in preparation for drilling has been continuing at Mwamazengo, and the current drill program will test the extension of mineralization at depth and the potential southern extension of the discovery.

A multipurpose drill will provide both reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling capabilities so as to return the best possible result.

The last drill program at Dhahabu, five kilometres north of Mwamazengo, returned one hole (MBNR024) with significant drill results. Trenching and geophysics are being completed, and further drilling is planned.

The results will be released over the coming weeks.
