October 5, 2011 � Vancouver, B.C. � ATAC Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:ATC) reports that as part of the Dawson Gold Project Option, Arcus Development Group Inc. announced on October 4, 2011 the discovery of a new volocanogenic massive sulphide system at the Touleary property.
About the Dawson Gold Project Option
On June 10, 2009 ATAC and Arcus entered into an agreement whereby Arcus can earn a 50% interest in the Dawson Gold Project � consisting of the Dan Man, Touleary, Shamrock and Green Gulch properties - by making cash payments totaling $185,000, issuing a total of 1,000,000 of its shares to ATAC and completing $3,500,000 in work expenditures over a three year period (see ATAC news release dated June 10, 2009).
