Non Brokered Private Placement FinancingJuly 13, 2015 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") announces that it is arranging, subject to regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 10,000,000 units (the Units") of the Company at a price of $0.03 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $300,000. Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share (the "Common Share") and one (1) transferrable share purchase warrant (the "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) additional Common Share of the Company at a price of $0.04 per share for a period of twenty four (24) months from the closing date of the Private Placement.

The Private Placement is subject to, and being completed in reliance upon, the TSX Venture Exchange's temporary relief measure bulletin issued December 12, 2012 and subsequently updated on April 7, 2014. Therefore, the use of proceeds will be used only for extinguishing the Company's current liabilities and for the Company's existing business and general administrative uses. The closing is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory and Board approvals. The securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
