The Directors of Meteoric Resources NL (the Company) are pleased to announce that they have executed a Corporate Advisory Mandate (Agreement) with Otsana Pty Ltd trading as Otsana Capital (Otsana) of West Perth to act as Corporate Advisor for a period of twelve months effective from 18 November 2015.
Under this Agreement, Otsana will provide corporate and financial advice to the Company. Otsana will:

assist the Company to prepare appropriate presentation and marketing materials;

coordinate and undertake agreed initiatives to market the Company to potential investors; and
-
generally manage and liaise with potential investors with a view to raising the required capital when required.
In consideration of Otsana being appointed, the Directors have agreed to:

issue Otsana or its nominees fifteen (15) million fully paid ordinary shares under the Company's existing placement capacity upon signing of the Agreement;

issue a further eleven (11) million fully paid ordinary shares upon the successful introduction of a transaction that the Company proceeds with; and
-
in the event that the Company undertakes a capital raising during the term of the Agreement, Otsana will be entitled to a 1% advisory fee on total monies raised together with an additional 5% on any capital raised by Otsana or any AFSL holders that Otsana introduces.
