Company') announces that further to its news release dated June 6, 2016, it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the Shares for Debt transaction entered into with a certain creditor of the Company, to settle outstanding debt of the Company totaling approximately $30,000.00 by the issuance of 600,000 common shares (the '
Common Shares') of the Company at a deemed price of $0.05 per Common Share.
All Common Shares issued in connection with the Shares for Debt transaction are subject to a prescribed four-month hold period ending October 15, 2016.
