ISSUE OF NEW SHARES
The Directors of A-Cap Resources Limited ("A-Cap" or the "Company") (ASX: ACB) advise that today, Wednesday 31 August 2016, the Company allotted a total of 10,658,884 new ordinary fully paid shares.
The allotment was made pursuant to a Prospectus dated 26 July 2016 for a pro-rata Non-Renounceable Rights Issue which closed at 5.00pm AWST Thursday 25 August 2016. Holding statements were despatched today.
At the close A-Cap received applications for 10,658,884 ordinary shares resulting in a shortfall of 102,977,480 ordinary shares. Settlement and allotment of the shortfall shares will be completed this week, pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement with Jiangsu Chixiang Precision Gear Co., Ltd.
