Non Brokered Private Placement Financing
November 2, 2016 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the 'Company' or 'Bard') announces that it has arranged, subject to regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement (the 'Private Placement') of up to 3,333,333 units (the 'Units') of the Company at a price of $0.03 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $100,000 (the 'Offering'). Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share (the 'Common Share') and one (1) transferable common share purchase warrant (a 'Warrant'). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) additional Common Share of the Company at a price of $0.05 for a period of two (2) years from the closing date of the Offering.

The Private Placement is subject to, and being completed in reliance upon, the TSX Venture Exchange's temporary relief measure bulletin issued December 12, 2012 and subsequently updated on April 7, 2014. The use of proceeds will be used only for claim maintenance fees, general property review and geological review of new gold and silver areas.

The closing is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory and Board approvals. The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
