The Company was notified on 29 December 2016, that on the same day, Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 4,068 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ('Shares') at a purchase price of £1.574 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 26 March 2013.
