Ltd ("Torch") (TSX VENTURE:TCR) is pleased to announce that Dr. Bill
Pfaffenberger, President and CEO of Torch River Resources will be appearing on

43-101 resource estimates for molybdenum at Torch's Red Bird property in British
Columbia.
Tonnage of the resource at a 0.03% cutoff increased over the
2006 report by 51% while the contained molybdenum increased by 40%. This 2007
report reclassified 43.3 million tonnes to the indicated category, while in 2006
