www.triexminerals.com.
Completed and upcoming programs during 2008 include, in chronologic
order:
-Pasfield Lake: 70 line-kilometres of transient magnetotelluric surveys
(AMT) completed in April, both infilling and extending the previous
grid.
-Riverlake & Highrock: 211 line-kilometres of ground EM surveys
completed in April on four grids.
-Mann Lake: 2,534 metres of drilling in three holes, finished in April
to complete the program started in November. One target on the property
remains to be tested.
-Mountain Lake: 2,450 metres of drilling completed in nine holes on
three regional targets at Mountain Lake. Drilling at the fourth target
(Kendall River) is ongoing and will be completed within the next two
weeks.
-Pasfield Lake: 30 line-kilometres of soil and biogeochemistry (>800
samples) completed in July on the AMT grid that spans the Cable Bay
Shear Zone east of the lake.
-Pasfield Lake: a 140 line-kilometre airborne 3-D Full Tensor gravity
gradient survey has mobilized, and is designed specifically to produce
forward-modeled gravity profiles across the uplift block.
-Riverlake & Highrock: grid-based soil geochemistry is planned for
early August, and will cover conductors defined on both airborne and
ground EM surveys.
-West Carswell: a 35 line-kilometre transient magnetotelluric survey
(AMT) is planned for August on one grid with 7 lines designed for three
dimensional modeling of conductors associated with the Harrison Shear
Zone.
-Riverlake & Highrock: 2,500 metres of
Diamond drilling contracted to
Northwest Drilling for September will test highest priority, near
surface targets.
-Stony Road: 3,000 metres of
Diamond drilling contracted to River
Valley Energy Services for October to test coincident airborne and
ground conductors.
-Pasfield Lake: 3,000 metres of drilling planned for November-December
to test the Cable Bay Shear Zone east of the lake using results from
the summer geochem, AMT and gravity surveys.
-West Carswell: 3,000 metres of
Diamond drilling planned for
January-February 2009 will test the Harrison Shear Zone using results
from the upcoming AMT survey.
