      HORIZON INDUSTRIES LTD. CONSOLIDATION, NAME CHANGE AND NEW SYMBOL

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- February 12, 2009 -- Horizon Industries
Ltd. (TSXV:HRZ), pursuant to a special resolution passed by the
shareholders of the Company on January 29, 2009, has consolidated its
common shares on the basis of one new common share for eight old common
shares. 

Also pursuant to the special resolution, the Company has changed its
name to PETRO HORIZON ENERGY CORP. 
Effective at market open on Feb. 13, 2009, the common shares of the
company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a
consolidated basis under the new trading symbol TSXV:PHE.
